Energy Assistance Fund (EAF)
You may qualify for assistance on your Electricity bill if you are a mid to low income family. If you are qualified, you can receive up to $100 towards your Southern California Edison energy bill.
To qualify for EAF, you must meet the following requirements:
- The Edison bill must be in the name of the applicant requesting assistance.
- The bill address must be the applicant’s primary residence.
- Bill must be within the past 30 days
The applicant must not apply for more than the maximum EAF allowance for the current program year. - The applicant must meet the income guidelines

Gas Assistance Fund(GAF)
You may qualify for assistance on your Gas bill if you are a mid to low income family. If you are qualified, you can receive up to $100 towards your Southern California Gas bill.
To qualify for GAF, you must meet the following requirements:
- The Gas bill must be in the name of the applicant requesting assistance
- The bill address must be the applicant’s primary residence.
- Bill must be within the past 30 days
- The applicant must not apply for more than the maximum GAF allowance for the current program year.
- The applicant must meet the income guidelines
