About APAC
APAC Service Center and Insurance Services was founded in 2000 as a one-stop community service organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-to-moderate income Southern California residents. We are awarded Top Producer of the year by Covered California and health insurance companies like Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield and Health Net constantly. Our mission is to provide our clients with quality free services, including education and assistance in choosing and applying for no-cost and low-cost government and non-profit programs. Currently, our center offers Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese and English services.
APAC offers a variety of programs for new immigrants, families with limited income and small business owners. Since 2013 APAC has enrolled over 50,000 families and businesses into Covered CA health insurance plans, we are also the only Chinese agency in the Covered CA Advisory Committee. We strive to help individuals make better, more informed healthcare and lifestyle choices, and as a trusted community resource we are constantly looking for additional quality programs for those in need. With your support, the profit we make is being used to provide free services to our community.
