Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is federally funded and focuses on low income families with children, seniors, or disabled members. Eligibility for any aid or grant will be based on factors such as the household’s total monthly gross income and number of household members. If you qualify, a grant or credit will be applied to pay your utility bill.
